Wilton Frank, our founder, seized the opportunity to expand his locally beloved Cheddar cheese beyond Somerset after the opening of a new rail line. Rapidly meeting increased demand, he crafted and delivered his renowned Cheddar, maintaining tradition and quality for 156 years, making it London's preferred choice.

This fabulous paella rice is cultivated in Valencia and is the rice most sought after by chefs to produce an authentic Paella

Arrocerías Antonio Tomás, is a family business founded in 1962 by Antonio Tomás. Located in Sollana, within the Albufera Natural Park in Valencia, the company is a great connoisseur and defender of Valencian rice in its different varieties. The company is an active member of the Regulatory Council of the Denomination of Origin Arroz de Valencia which strictly maintains the quality standards for Valencian rice.
